These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Urim platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Urim is a restricted, access-controlled investigative operations and case-management platform provided for use by authorized law enforcement personnel and other approved users. The Service is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public.

The Service may send operational text messages (SMS) to authorized users who provide a mobile number. These messages are limited to internal operational alerts and are not used for marketing.
STOP at any time to stop text messages, or contact your administrator. Reply HELP for help.Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Information within the Service is sensitive and may include criminal-justice, investigative, and personally identifiable information. You agree to handle all such information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policy. Content entered into the Service remains the property and responsibility of the operating agency. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of information you enter.
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, or redistributed except as expressly permitted in writing.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Urim or its providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, including for violation of these Terms, loss of authorization, or at the direction of the operating agency. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
