This Privacy Policy explains how Urim ("Urim," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Urim platform (the "Service"). Urim is a restricted, access-controlled investigative case-management application made available only to authorized law enforcement personnel and other approved users. It is not a consumer product and is not directed to or available to the general public.
Mobile / text messaging, in short: Urim sends operational text alerts only to authorized users who provide a mobile number. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in/consent information with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us and under obligations of confidentiality. Mobile information is shared with our messaging provider solely to deliver messages you have consented to receive, and for no other purpose.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, to satisfy operational, audit, legal, and records-retention requirements applicable to the operating agency, and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
7. Security
Access to Urim is restricted to approved users and is protected by authentication, role-based access controls, audit logging, and encryption of data in transit. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect information using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
